Johnny Angel is a 1945 film starring George Raft, Claire Trevor, and Hoagy Carmichael. I can say, the film
is perfect. The movie, directed by Edwin L. Marin, is considered film noir (Signe of Johnny Angel).A merchant marine sailor, played by Raft, comes home from the war and searches for his father's murderer. As he uncovers the mystery, he busts up the local mob.
